 Preparation Time:10 minutes
Chicken Soup
 Cooking Time: 30 minutes

 Ingredients 
Serves: 2

  • 500 mls chicken stock
  • 1 stalk chopped celery
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 to 4 chopped carrots
  • fresh corn
  • 1 finely chopped garlic cloves 
  • boneless chicken breasts with skin removed
  •  fresh coriander leaves chopped


 Method 

  •  Boil the chicken stock and add the carrots, corn,celery, onion and garlic.
  •  Add the chicken and turn the flame to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  •  Remove the chicken from the pan and then carefully cut it into small pieces and return it to the pot.
  •  Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
