Chocolate Pudding |
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tbsn butter
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tspn vanilla extract
- 1/2 tspn salt
Method:
- Take a saucepan and add cocoa,sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Then add milk gradually and let it boil for two minutes,stirring frequently.
- Then switch off the flame and add vanilla and butter.
- Let it Chill by refrigeration.
- Serve it in individual dishes.
- Garnish with sliced almonds.
