Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa 
  • 4 cups milk 
  • 2 tbsn butter 
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch 
  • 2 tspn vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 tspn salt 


Method:

  • Take a saucepan and add cocoa,sugar, cornstarch and salt. 
  • Then add milk gradually and let it boil for two minutes,stirring frequently.
  • Then switch off the flame and add vanilla and butter. 
  • Let it Chill by refrigeration.
  • Serve it in individual dishes.
  •  
  • Garnish with sliced almonds.
