Ingredients:
Scrambled Egg with Cheese

  •  4 eggs
  • 4 bread slices
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tbspn cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbspn unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tspn black pepper
  • salt to taste


Method:


  • Crack and whisk the eggs,milk,salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan. Add onions and saute.
  • Pour the egg mixture and stir the mixture,cooking on both sides
  • Spread the grated cheese,mix well and turn off the gas.
  • Serve with toast.
